1. MOST RECENTLY USED TECHNOLOGIES:

From the programming languages, I use Java and Javascript most frequently. While there are a number of tools that ensure for a smooth and efficient process such as Zephyr, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Jmeter, Selenium, Protractor, Grafana, Prometheus… I also aim my team to use the latest technologies from the QA world but we implement them only after we prove the best fit for our projects.

2. BIGGEST CHALLENGE:

Our solutions handle real money in real time. For that reason,  every feature has to be bug-free and work smoothly without a single mistake. In other words, has to be PROPER. Additionally, millions of players are using our products which requires high performance and 99% stable.

3. THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PROFESSION:

I every profession, you must stay ahead of the game, evolve in accordance to the changing times and changing market trends.  This formula applies to everyone no matter the industry or career path.

If we talk about QA engineers specifically, it is highly crucial for them to learn the newest technologies in the block: AI, IoT, Machine Learning, and blockchain to name a few.

In this day and age, the buzzword for every business’ success is “Customer.” The happier the end-user is, the bigger are your chances of success.

So LLL (Long Life Learning) for our profession is a cliche meaning you have to learn constantly, even  from movies, music, theatre, concerts, nature and etc. Best ideas come when least expected.

In the upcoming period, each month we will share one of our teammates’ #CareerMap. Learn from their experience, challenges and achievements. If you want to follow in their footsteps browse our open positions.
