We believe in being outstanding, and for that matter, we are always on the lookout for the brightest talent to join Singular. Now, YOU can help us grow our team by referring a friend for an open position through our External Referral Program.

What’s in it for you?
The External Referral Program gives you the opportunity to recommend a friend (or more of them, for that matter!) through our platform for any of the positions eligible for referral.
If we decide to hire the referred friend, and they successfully complete working at Singular for three consecutive months, then you are going to receive a reward of up to €1200!
It is our way of saying thank you for matching us with the right candidate.
You can refer a friend if:
- > You are of legal age according to the local law legislation;
- > You are not an employee of Singular;
- > You have the consent of your referral candidate to use their information;
- > You are not associated with or are a staffing/recruiting agency (or business entity of any kind).
Your friend is an eligible candidate if:
- > They are not in Singular’s recruitment database*;
- > They haven’t applied for any Singular vacancy for at least a (1) year;
- > They are not a former Singular employee who has left the company within the last 12 months;
*If your referred candidate is already in the database, the only case in which the referral is acceptable is if the candidate hasn’t previously responded to our HR team or if they have already communicated, but the candidate decided to stop the communication prior to the interview stage.
the referral procedure
Step 1. Make sure you fully understand the Program Policy and Eligibility Conditions.
Step 2. Sign up to our Referral HUB by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
Step 3. Browse the job vacancies that are available for referral.
Step 4. Click the button “Make a referral” to refer a friend*.
Step 5. Fill in the candidate’s details section and attach their CV.
Step 6. Make sure you tick the box stating that you are familiar with the program’s rules.
Step 7. Click the button “Submit a referral”.
*You can send as many referrals as you wish – no limits here! If a certain candidate is referred for the same position by different referrers, the referrer who has first recommended the candidate will be given preference.
NEXT – reap the reward
For each successful referral, you receive a reward in the form of a one-time payment. The exact reward amount for each available position will be displayed alongside the job description of the vacancy in the Referral HUB. Singular will process the external referral award in two short weeks after your friend’s probation period successfully results in a full-time hire. A referral is consider successful when he/she:
- > Completes 90 days of continuous, active employment with Singular;
- > Is in good performance standing at the end of the 90 days period;
- > Is still employed by Singular at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid.
Our HR team will carefully review the referral application and cross-check the candidate’s eligibility for the position they have been referred for. You will be notified about the process and the final decision by our HR team via email.
The referrer must meet all requirements regarding the referral procedure! Any referral that is incorrect, incomplete, or does not comply with the terms and conditions, will not be considered.
