Our team in Skopje is searching for a Service Delivery Manager who is familiar with the sports betting industry – terms, sports, markets and outcomes, type of bets, strategies, betting systems.



  • 5 years experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics
  • Knowledge  and good understanding of the sports betting industry
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software
  • ITIL knowledge and certification would be of benefit
  • Ability to manage conflict and offer suitable resolutions
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Resource planning skills
  • Experience of managing third parties and third party delivered services
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and able to take responsibility
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude



  • Providing a service plan to manage and aggregate all relevant services
  • Manage the client relationship from a service quality and operations perspective and ensure delivers to its service level agreements at minimum
  • Managing rollout projects, tracking progress and KPIs, ensuring the proper delivery of services
  • Act as the client advocate on operational and service management matters
  • Lead the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Motivate and lead on continuous improvements in service reliability and availability
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers by identifying their needs and overseeing service delivery within the company context
  • Determining ways to increase customer satisfaction with existing capacities
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
  • Responsible for troubleshooting basic technical issues, assisting with contracts, and or dealing .
