Our team in Skopje is searching for a Product Specialist who is familiar with the sports betting industry – terms, sports, markets and outcomes, type of bets, strategies, betting systems.



  • 3+ years active experience in a Product development role in IT industry
  • Knowledge  and good understanding of the sports betting industry
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, aware of platform background technology, understanding configuration and application performance evaluation basics
  • Experienced in troubleshooting web applications using browser tools (and Linux base tools)
  • Solid knowledge in troubleshoot API endpoint using API console tools (Postman, curl)
  • Experience with issue tracking systems (JIRA)
  • High understanding of agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with sports betting industry – terms, sports, markets and outcomes, type of bets, strategies, betting systems.
  • Effective and efficient communication
  • Very good understanding of project management processes and standards
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated
  • Analytical mind and ability to quickly become independent in problem solving
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude



Production lifecycle
  • Create and maintain user documentation and use case examples
  • Collect and maintain up to date shareable technical documentation from the teams
  • Contribute and organize documentation
  • Centralize and manage product certification processes
New client on boarding process
  • Ownership on questionnaires, organizing interviewing process regarding new environment preparation
  • Coordinate and manage the process of product roll out
  • Handling training process
  • Document all third party services credentials and endpoints
Empower internal support process
  • Organize internal UAT with Support team, including delivery of the package and appropriate documentation/training.
  • Organize internal training sessions with Support team on demand per needed basis
  • Coordinate second level escalation process and assign to appropriate project
  • Contribute in Support team’s KB by providing all relevant information to it
  • Identify possible improvements during support cases and document to the Production teams
Operator support
  • Provide on demand trainings through direct and/or recorded training sessions
  • Analyze Operator’s usage on certain features and provide extended learning materials
Sales & marketing support
  • Participate and execute demo sessions
  • Contribute in product marketing materials
