Following up the first Team Building Hackathon, we decided to organize another “work and chill” session. This time, the focus was on knowledge sharing and encouraging conversation among teammates. 

PRODUCTIVE TEAM-BUILDING 

We continuously strive towards generating new knowledge, boosting our people’s individual growth and inspiring teams to work together towards a shared goal.  We’ve put structures and processes in place that enable a natural flow of information and knowledge sharing. However, companies must acknowledge that, from time to time, the good old-fashioned face-to-face knowledge sharing is inevitable.

A necessity in the digital world. For that reason, we organized a getaway in Sairme Hotels & Resorts. We still kept the working routine during office hours, but also had presentations and panel sessions in the evenings.

GET TO KNOW YOUR TEAMMATES

In the last couple of months we had quite a few new members. Instead of the usual welcome party where the new member is in the spotlight, we played a  few games. This way, everyone felt equally uncomfortable 🙄 😂.

As an Icebreaker we played the game “two truths and a lie”, and continued with the well known truth or dare. You’d be surprised at the stories people are willing to tell in the spirit of the game 😅.

And finally, nothing enhances the team spirit better than a few competitive sports activities.

We came back in the office with new knowledge and higher motivation to strive for more.
